I sincerely appreciate the effort of CTA to expose me to web2.0 for development.This knowledge i have acquired when i get back to my institution i will endeavour to organise a tutorial class to my students and co-researchers.This tutorials will last for five days.
The time-table for the tutorials are as follows:
1.Oct.18. Introduction to the participatory world web2.0.introduction to imark,selective access to information(Google alerts).
2.Oct.19 Selective access to information,(advanced multilingual online searches)
3.Oct.20.Online publishing(blogs &blogger),online publishing(bloger &blogger)
4.Oct.21. Social&professional networking(linkedin&facebook),remote collaboration(Google Docs).
5.Oct.22.Remote collaboration(Google docs and wikis),online mapping(Google maps),online mapping(Google maps),voip(skype),evaluation of the tutorial class.
